My Husband and I decided to list our house last spring of 2008 with Kim Heizmann after interviewing three Realtors including Kim. When she came to our home she was very professional and gave us a lot of information about herself and what she would do for us as our Realtor. We were very impressed with her and her attitude and we listed the house with Kim about a week later. It was a very stressful time for us as we have three kids including a newborn baby at the time. There was a showing every other day and within three weeks we had a very good offer, but the purchasers wanted our house in three weeks with the last of three subjects to be removed only a week before they would take possession. The whole idea of finding a new house and packing within that time was very scary but Kim walked us through it all. By lunch time the day after the offer came, we accepted it after countering once and by dinner time we found our new house and made our offer. Everything went really smooth and it was amazing to have Kim take care of every detail regarding subject removals and all the legal stuff and contracts we just did not know anything about. Kim was in close contact with us every day and kept us up to date with everything that was going on. If anything needed to signed, which happened a lot, Kim came to our house and even went to my husband’s work for his signature if necessary. About a week or so after we accepted our first offer the purchaser extended the purchase date another three weeks, so we ended up with about six weeks to pack and move which made it a lot easier. We have been in our new home for almost nine months and we are very happy. I would hire Kim again and highly recommend her to anyone I know who is buying or selling a house. Kim is very detail oriented and a pleasure to do business with, the kids liked her too!
